  I usually do not post negative remarks about companies because all situations are different and facts are sometimes blurred by emotions and most of the time complaints only come from people that have nothing else to do but complain. In this matter with Gilford Well & Norman Harris, I feel this is important for people to know the truth.
  
  My family has been doing business with this company since 198, some 37 years or so. We over many years & I more recently have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company while referring many people to them over the years. It appears that Norman Harris, the current operator or owner only wants to conduct business if it benefits him. I hired this company two years ago to replace a well pump at my private residence. The job was completed and paid for. Another job has been quoted and questioned many times at my condominium which is owned by ten (10) owners and because this transaction has not been completed to Gilford Wells Benefit, and I advised him of the issues preventing such a transaction, I am getting the cold shoulder from Norman Harris like it is my fault. After the most damaging New Hampshire wind storm in October of 2017, I suffered much distraction at my residence. I have asked for a email quote for a needed repair @ my Private Residence many times over the last three (3) weeks from Norman Harris and he personally advised he would perform this task. Today after my 10th phone call over time, he said he is not interested in the work and did not email the quote to me because he wanted to "string me along"! I was very satisfied with the past owners & operators being his father & mother, and now it appears that it is all about MONEY & Control to Norman Harris and not customer service.
  
  Very Disappointed & Now No longer a Customer.
