  I dealt with Tyson from Gilford Gardens. Although he is a super nice individual, I ended up canceling my patio installation due to absolutely terrible communication and constant promises broken. If you like to live by the following rules, DO NOT use these people:
  
  Do what you say you're going to do, and do it when you say you are going to do it.
  
  Gilford Gardens certainly doesn't abide by this, and it wasn't for lack of trying on my part. I was patient for 2 months before I had enough. The only excuse I ever had was "It's been hectic... sorry."
  
  It's a wonder how these guys stay in business if this is how they always operate...
